Transpotec Logitec is an exhibition, but it is also an observatory committed to assessing what is happening on the market in order to anticipate trends and gather the needs of operators.

This is why the problem of the shortage of drivers could not go unnoticed. So, as well as giving a voice to those who are dealing with the issue, the event aims to give a concrete signal by launching an initiative that brings supply and demand together.

This is the aim of the Transpotec Trucker School, an initiative involving young people interested in becoming drivers. Thanks to the collaboration of the sponsoring companies and the coordination of the television programme Next to the Trucker, the event will offer them the opportunity to take their C and Driver's Qualification licences free of charge - thus making up for the high cost of entering the profession - and to be hired by the transport companies directly involved in the project.

The Transpotec Trucker School is not a solution to the problem of the shortage of drivers in its entirety, but is intended to be part of a solution that will only come about by continuing to turn the spotlight on this urgent need, which is such not only in Italy but throughout Europe.
