This is the Logistic Village, an innovative concept by F.I.A.P., the trade group uniting transport business owners. It focuses on the combined road transport, logistics, and services sector and will feature at the upcoming Transpotec Logitec (8-11 May 2024, Fiera Milano).

At the centre of the Village, there will be an “arena” for events, conferences and workshops focused on road transport and logistics. Top officials and government experts in logistics will be invited to meet with businesses for productive talks. Together, they will craft practical and efficient processes and tools to tackle future challenges with skill and expertise.

This continuous networking event involving companies, experts, and institutions, is now in its third edition.

FIAP's Logistic Village returns to Transpotec Logitec 2024. The Village offers a platform where professional road haulage and logistics firms, clients, and institutions at national and European levels can meet to stay up to date on current topics and expand their understanding of the political, economic, regulatory, and technological factors shaping their relationships and work in the near to mid-term.

This is what lies in store at the Logistic Village, a concept by F.I.A.P. – the Italian Federation of Professional Hauliers, which represents transport and logistics business owners – now set for its third appearance at Transpotec Logitec 2024.

The topics to be covered during the four-day event include: changes in Europe, with new rules impacting the Union; the shift toward digital information; the energy, fuel and technologies being used for goods transportation; the dynamics between contractors and suppliers; and the need for entrepreneurs and their businesses to develop management skills. These are all crucial factors that must be tackled in environments that are undergoing swift and potentially drastic changes, where politics must also respond with suitable measures.
